The album was recorded during the winter of 2021/22 in Studio Deux in Bergen, Norway. All the songs are composed and written by Kenneth Rasmus Greve, except “The City”, by Mark James Adair. Melt Motif were a duo at the time. Rakel and Kenneth Rasmus Greve performed on all songs. Joe Irente perform on several songs and became a member of Melt Motif before Melt Motif start working on their second album.
The album was produced by Kenneth Rasmus Greve. Mixed by Joe Irente at Sala Secreta, São Paolo, Brazil. Mastered by Jason Corbett at Jacknife Sound, Vancouver, Canada.
The album was released on White vinyl, CD, cassette, MiniDisc, digital downloads, and for streaming. All physical formats are released by Apollon Records and digitally by Lärmbild.
